– We accept all major credit and debit cards.
– Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor, which is Stripe.
5. **Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Costs
Delivery within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £5.95 via Royal Mail Tracked, or you can opt for collection, which is free. All items that are ordered to be collected can be done so from Edwinstowe, NG21 9TA.
Product Lead Times
– Each item is handmade to order and will be dispatched within two weeks after the order has been placed. We endeavour to fulfil all orders are quick as possible and if you need an order quickly, please do drop me an email and I will confirm the expected lead time.
Expected Order Timeframes
– Once dispatched, orders to the UK are expected to arrive within 2 – 7 days. We will send you an image of the receipt for your item once dispatched.
Returns
– Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
– If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected], and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
– If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with photos and details of the issue.
– We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in the case of damage or errors.

– As all items are handmade to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
